We received a request from a stainless steel processing factory regarding their newly installed acid washing equipment, expressing the need to neutralize the wastewater. The installation space was very limited, and the neutralization process involved strong acid (pH 2-3), but we designed a two-stage treatment (neutralization tank to discharge tank) to save space. In the case of acid washing wastewater, especially since it was indoors, we were concerned about the strong acid atmosphere, so all the frames were made of stainless steel. We also adopted the HTX model from H2 for the chemical injection pump used to inject caustic soda.
